摘要
以自制的硅溶胶、硼硅玻璃粉,MoSi_2和SiB_4为原料制成涂料,通过喷涂的方法在纤维隔热复合材料基体上制备一种新的涂层。采用电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)仪和发射率测试仪对涂层的微观结构和性能进行表征。结果表明,涂层表面致密且.厚度在200μm左右。MoSi_2和SiB_4提高了涂层的高温发射率,不仅使涂层具有内聚力,而且使涂层和基体具有优良的结合强度。涂层和基体的热膨胀系数匹配很好,提高了涂层的抗热震性。涂层的发射率值高于0.80,并且随着使用温度升高而增大。
A new coating on fibrous insulation composites was prepared by a spray method using self-made silica sol,borosilicate glass powder,MoSi_2 and SiB_4 as starting materials.Microstructure and properties of the coating were investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and emissivity instrument,respectively.The results indicate that the surface of the coating obtained is dense and the thickness of the coating is about 200 μm.MoSii and SiB_4 in the coating benefit practical applications at high temperature with high emissivity and make the coating have high cohesion and excellent adhesion with substrate.The thermal expansion coefficients of coating and that of substrate match well,which improves the thermal shock resistance.The emissivity values of the coating are high than 0.80 and rise substantially with the increase of temperature.
