摘要
以介孔碳/硅复合物作为硅源,按摩尔比Al_2O_3:SiO_2:TPAOH:H_2O=1:60:21.4:650进行混合,征介孔碳内壁上生长ZSM-5沸石分子筛,并采用XRD、FTIR、TEM及氮气吸附等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明,介孔碳的含量对合成复合分子筛具有重要影响,当碳含量较低时(19%)未能保持有序归一的孔道;但碳含量过高时(62%)未形成MFI结构。只有合适的碳含量(33%,47%)才能合成有效的微介孔复合分子筛。
ZSM-5 zeolite in mesoporous carbon was synthesized using carbon-silica composites as silica resource in various carbon/silica ratios,and chemicals with a molar ratio of Al_2O_3:SiO_2:TPAOH:H_2O=1:60:21.4:650,and then the structure and properties of the samples were characterized and discussed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),Transmission electron microscope(TEM),and N_2 adsorption-desorption.Results show that when the carbon content is 33%and 47%,the samples have high degree of order and the MFI-type structure.The high content of carbon(62%) will play a disadvantageous role in the crystallization of ZSM-5.But the low content of carbon(19%),in other words,the high content of silica will destroy the ordered mesostructure
