摘要
以工业水溶胶为硅源,水为溶剂,通过添加银溶胶和超临界干燥制备纳米银掺杂SiO_2气凝胶。利用紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、电子能谱仪(EDS)、扫描隧道显微镜(SEM)、比表面积测试仪(BET)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)银溶胶和复合气凝胶进行了表征。结果表明,银掺杂量可达到5%(质量分数);银纳米粒子被均匀注入SiO_2气凝胶网络结构中,未发生明显团簇。
A simple and new method to synthesize silica aerogels containing silver nanoparticles in aqueous environment was described here.The silver-silica composite aerogels were obtained by adding a silver colloid to a silica hydrosol diluted with deionized water in the acidic conditions and then being dried in supercritical anhydrous ethyl alcohol.The silver colloid and composite aerogels were characterized by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS),X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and BET method.It was indicated that silver nanoparticles with content up to 5wt%and particle size from 20-40 nm were distributed homogeneously in the pore structure of silica aerogels without obvious clusters.And the impregnation of silver nanoparticles certainly decreased the pore size by certainly occupying space.
