利用超临界工艺制备氧化铝气凝胶(英文)

Preparation of Alumina Aerogel via Supercritical Method

摘要 以仲丁醇铝为铝醇盐,采用溶胶-凝胶技术和高温超临界干燥二艺制备了Al_2O_3气凝胶,研究了热处理温度对Al_2O_3气凝胶密度、收缩率和微观结构的影响。1200℃热处理后,Al_2O_3气凝胶气孔率和比表面积明显减小,密度急剧增加,线收缩率和体积收缩率超过了40%,表明这样的气凝胶无法承受1200℃高温。 The alumina aerogels were prepared by sol-gel process and supercritical method.The influences of heat treated temperature on the microstructure,shrinkage and density of the alumina aerogels were described.When the alumina aerogels were heat treated at 1200 ℃,the total pore volume and surface area decreased significantly,the density increased gradually,and the shrinkage was more than 40%.
