摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法结合气氛控制的力式制备了CuInS_2量子点玻璃。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对CuInS_2量子点在玻璃中的形貌和微结构进行了表征,同时,利用飞秒Z扫描技术对该玻璃的三阶非线性光学性质进行了研究。结果表明,尺寸分布在10 nm左右的均一的CuInS_2四方晶系量子点已经在钠硼硅玻璃中形成。进一步,飞秒Z扫描技术测试了该玻璃的二三阶光学非线性信息。结果表明,该玻璃具有优异的三阶光学非线性,预示着该玻璃存非线性光学器件领域将有潜在的应用。
The sodium borosilicate glass doped with CuInSi quantum dots was prepared by employing both sol-gel and atmosphere control methods.Microstructure of the glass was investigated by means of X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectra(EDX),and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM).The results revealed that CuInS_2 quantum dots in tetragonal crystal system had formed uniformly in the glass,with the size distribution of these quantum dots generally about 10 nm.Furthermore,Z-scan technique was employed to measure the third-order optical nonlinearities of the glass.The results indicated that the glass has the excellent third-order optical nonlinearities,which will have potential applications in the field of nonlinear optics.
