摘要
以Fe(NO_3)_3.9H_2O、Y(NO_3)3.6H_2O和聚乙烯醇为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了YFeO_3。利用X射线衍射谱(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和漫反射谱(DRS)对YFeO_3进行了表征。XRD和SEM结果表明:制备得到的于凝胶粉末经600℃煅烧2 h获得了单相钙钛矿结构的YFeO_3,其平均粒径100 nm左右。DRS分析表明YFeO_3带隙吸收边为502 nm,其带隙宽度为2.47 eV。以商业P25催化剂为参比,YFeO_3光催化降解罗丹明B表现出了优良的可见光催化活性。
Using Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O,Y(NO_3)r6H_2O and polyvinyl alcohol as stating materials,the YFeO_3 was prepared by a sol-gel process.The prepared YFeO_2 products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).Results show that the single phase perovskite YFeO_3 can be obtained through the calcination of the dried gel powders at 600 ℃ for 2 h.The prepared YFeO_3 shows an average grain size of about 100 nm in diameter.The DRS shows the optical absorption onset of 502 nm,indicating the optical band gap of 2.47 eV.The photocatalytic experiment shows that the prepared YFeO_3 has good visible-light photocatalytic activity for the decomposition of Rhodamine B with the commercial Degussa P25.
