摘要
低温下采用三乙胺作为掺杂剂,用一种简单方法制备了氮掺杂TiO2纳米晶。制备的纳米晶用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),BET比表面积,吸收光谱等表征。氮掺杂TiO2纳米晶具有良好的结晶性能,晶粒尺寸为约4nm。氮掺杂TiO_2粉末比纯TiO_2粉末具有更高的比表面积和更大孔体积。相比纯TiO_2样品,氮掺杂TiO_2吸收边红移至可见光。
A simple method for preparing nitrogen-doped TiO_2 nanocrystalline was developed at low temperature using triethylamine as dopant.The prepared N-doped TiO_2 nanocrystalline was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray photoeiectron spectroscopy(XPS),Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) surface areas and optical absorption spectroscopy.The nanoparticles were well crystallized and their size was about 4 nm.Nitrogen-doped(N-doped) TiO_2 samples show higher BET surface areas and larger pore volumes than pure TiO_2 sample.Comparing with the pure TiO_2 sample,the optical absorption edge of N-doped TiO_2 red shifts to the visible region.
