摘要
通过溶胶凝胶法及反复冷冻法制备的β-TCP/C/PVA复合水凝胶做人工角膜环形裙边材料。通过材料的含水率、拉伸强度、XRD、IR和光学显微镜等测试对材料性能进行研究。实验结果表明多孔的β-TCP/C/PVA复合水凝胶具有高的含水率(约70%~78%)、良好的机械性能(0.2~0.6 MPa)以及高的孔隙率。
β-tricalcium phosphate/graphite/PVA hydrogel composite(β-TCP/C/PVA) was prepared as porous ringy skirt of artificial cornea by sol-gel and freeze/thaw cycles.The material property was studied by measuring the moisture content,tensile strength,X-ray diffraction,IR and Optical microscope.The experiment result indicates that a porous β-TCP/C/PVA hydrogen composite presents high moisture content(70%~78%),good mechanical properties(0.2~0.6 MPa) and high porosity.
