摘要
采用聚合物配位法在不同合成条件下制备了系列CuAl_2O_4纳米粉体。通过XRD、TEM研究了不同柠檬酸/乙醇螯合物原子比、煅烧温度、煅烧时问等对尖晶石型CuAl_2O_4纳米颗粒的结材、形状与大小的影响。结果表叫,当柠檬酸和乙二醇原子比为1 4和1:5时,纳米晶的颗粒形貌分别为纳米棒和纳米球,并且着煅烧温度和煅烧时间的增加,尺寸逐渐增加,其光催化活性亦随着纳米颗粒的形貌和尺寸的变化而变化。
A series of copper aluminum oxide(CuAl_2O_4) nanoparticles were synthesized by Polymerizable Complex Method under different conditions.Three main parameters were taken into account,which are n(citric acid)/n(glycol),calcination temperature and calcination time.The effect of synthesis conditions on the morphology and size of spinel CuAl_2O_4 nanoparticles was investigated using XRD and TEM.It has been shown that nano rods and spherical shapes were obtained when the n(citric acid)/n(glycol)=l:4 and1:5 molar ratio,respectively.And the increases of calcination temperature and calcination time contributed to the growth of spinel CuAl_2O_4 nano-crystals.The photocatalytic activity of CuAl_2O_4 photocatalysts was affected by their morphology and size.
