摘要
采用磷酸盐和氧化镁为主要原料,控制固相比,制备不同流动度、相组成和微观形貌的磷酸镁医用粘合剂,与骨组织进行粘接并测试其粘接强度。利用激光共聚焦显微镜、接触角测定实验、X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜等对试样的破坏形式以及不同固相比磷酸镁医用粘合剂的流动度、相组成和微观形貌进行表征。结果表明,当固相比为4:1时,磷酸镁医用粘合剂的粘接强度达到最大值0.342 MPa。固相比主要影响了磷酸镁医用粘合剂的润湿性、相组成和微观形貌,从而导致试样的破坏形式和粘接强度发生变化。
Magnesium phosphate medical adhesives were fabricated using medical magnesia and monopotassium phosphate as raw materials. The wetting ability, phase composition and microstructures were adjusted by controlling the solid phase ratios. The bonding strength between medical adhesives and bone tissue were tested. The wetting ability, phase composition, microstructure and interface fracture behavior of medical adhesives as well as the bone tissue were characterized by Intravenous contact angle measuring instrument, X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscopy(SEM), Laser scanning confocal microscope, and so on. The results show the maximum value of bonding strength between bone tissue and magnesium phosphate medical adhesive is 0.34 MPa when the ratio is 1:4. The solid phase ratios mainly affect the cohesion strength of magnesium phosphate medical adhesive, which results in the bonding strength changes. Besides, the fracture mode changes from cohesive failure of magnesium phosphate medical adhesives to contact interface failure between bone tissue and magnesium phosphate medical adhesive.
