摘要
将磷酸钙/Ⅰ型胶原复合涂层(分多孔型和致密型)的种植体,单纯磷酸钙涂层以及纯钛种植体植入兔股骨远心末端,比较与磷酸钙/Ⅰ型胶原复合涂层的近期体内成骨效应。结果表明,生物力学检测显示磷酸钙/Ⅰ型胶原复合涂层比纯钛和单纯磷酸钙涂层的种植体表现出更高的骨结合力,尤其是多孔型。组织学染色显示与同期的对照组比,复合涂层组表现出较多的新生骨,活跃的成骨细胞,少见纤维结缔组织。说明磷酸钙/Ⅰ型胶原复合仿生涂层具有良好的应用前景。
To investigate the bone-integrating ability of the implant with calcium phosphate(CP)/Collagen I(COL-I) complex coating in vivo, we implanted all the samples into the femur of rabbits and observed for 4, 8, 12 weeks, including the uncoated titanium and with CP coating. The results show that the bone-integrating ability of complex coatings is much better than that of control groups. The CP/COL-I coating exhibits higher pull-off force; moreover, HE staining shows more bone formation and active osteoblast cells, less fibrous connective tissue. The result indicates the CP/COL-I complex coating can enhance the integration process and improve implant osseointegration in the early stage.
