摘要
以河南省巩义市天然煤矸石矿为起始原料,经振动球磨机研磨后压制成型,反应烧结制备了低成本莫来石均质料。通过X射线衍射、场发射扫描电子显微镜对试样进行了表征。结果表明:经1600℃保温3 h烧成后可获得体积密度为2.81 g/cm3,显气孔率为5%的压块烧成莫来石,试样主晶相为莫来石固溶体(Al4.56Si1.44O9.72),晶体呈柱状发育,彼此交错构成网络结构。同时本文也研究了原料粒度、烧成温度对合成莫来石性能的影响。
Low-cost mullite homogenizing material was prepared by natural coal gangue mineral from Gongyi city of Henan province as raw material, crushed by vibrating ball mill and then uniaxially pressed into cylindrical samples followed by sintering. X-ray diffraction and field emission scanning electron microscope analysis were performed to characterize samples. The results show that briquetting firing mullite with bulk density of 2.81 g/cm3 and apparent porosity of 5% is obtained by sintering at 1600 ℃ for 3 h. The main crystal phase is mullite solid solution(Al_(4.56)Si_(1.44)O_(9.72)), which is rodlike and distributes with a mixed network structure. Effects of raw materials granularity and sintering temperatures on the properties of mullite were also investigated.
