摘要
利用自主研发的设备将工业废弃物磷渣研磨成比表面积990 m2/kg的磷渣超细粉,通过水泥胶砂强度试验对磷渣超细粉的活性进行检测,再对掺入磷渣超细粉的高强机制砂混凝土进行了系统的研究。试验研究表明,磷渣超细粉能够改善高强机制砂混凝土的流动性;提高高强机制砂混凝土的密实度、减小收缩率,从而提高其耐久性。
Using our independently designed grounding device, a ultrafine phosphorus slag particle with a special surface area of 990 m^2/kg was produced out of grinded factory rubbish. Activity test of ultrafine phosphorus slag was conducted through test method for the strength of cement mortar. A systematic analysis on adding ultrafine phosphorus slag into manufactured sand concrete with high strength was also conducted and the test results show the ultrafine phosphorus slag can improve the fluidity and density of high strength concrete and reduce shrinkage and thus improve its durability.
