核石墨弯曲强度的尺寸效应

摘要 石墨材料的性能与样品尺寸有关。主要研究了样品尺寸大小、跨距长度以及加载方式(三点弯曲和四点弯曲的对比)对核石墨弯曲强度值的影响。结果表明:核石墨样品的尺寸越大,其弯曲强度越小,核石墨的弯曲强度具有明显的尺寸效应;跨距越大,其弯曲强度越小;三点弯曲的强度值大于四点弯曲的强度值。利用Weibull尺寸效应公式对试验结果进行验证。 In order to research the size effect of nuclear graphite, specimen size, support span length and loading mode(3-point and 4-point flexural strength) were used to test their influence on the flexural strength. The results show that the flexural strength decreases as the specimen size and the support span length increase, the 3-point flexural strength is bigger than 4-point flexural strength, which is the obvious size effect phenomenon. In addition, the Weibull size effect equation was used to verify experimental results.
