新型口腔树脂陶瓷复合材料光泽度与粗糙度的研究 被引量:3

Glossiness and Roughness of New Dental Resin/ceramic Composite Materials

摘要 研究了VITA ENAMIC hybrid ceramic、3M ESPE Lava Ultimate两种口腔树脂陶瓷复合材料的美学特性,测定两种材料的光泽度及粗糙度,并结合微观形貌分析产生不同的原因。同时测试了自合成材料的抛光性能,并进行了比较分析。实验结果表明,在同种抛光条件下,3M材料的抛光性能较好,光泽度达到86.70,粗糙度Ra较低,为0.044μm。自合成3材料的抛光性能弱于3M材料,但好于VITA材料,其光泽度达到84.68,可以满足临床应用。 This study focused on two dental resin/ceramic composite materials, VITA ENAMIC hybrid ceramic A2 and 3M ESPE Lava Ultimate A2, and their esthetic properties were studied. Glossiness and roughness of these materials were measured, and then the cause of these differences was analyzed vis microscopic morphology. In addition, properties of self-made composite were tested as comparison. Results show that with the same polishing condition, 3M composite shows better polishing property with glossiness of 86.70, and Ra of 0.044 μm. Polishing property of self-made material 3 is just a little inferior to that of 3M composite, but better than VITA composite, with glossiness of 84.68, which meets clinical application.
