摘要
采用流延成型的方法制备了具一定强度和塑性的碳化硼流延素坯,讨论了分散剂、粘结剂、增塑剂和球磨时间对浆料粘度和流延膜质量的影响,从而优化了碳化硼的流延成型工艺。实验结果表明:以三氯乙烯和乙醇作为二元共沸体系,当分散剂(蓖麻油)含量为2.5%(质量分数,下同),增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二辛脂)和粘结剂(聚乙烯缩丁醛)质量比值R为1.2,初次球磨和二次球磨时间分别为10与8 h时,可以得到较高质量的碳化硼流延膜。
This study was on a certain strength and plasticity of boron carbide cast film with tape-casting process, and discusses the impact of dispersants, binders, plasticizers and milling time on the slurry viscosity and cast film quality, which optimized the tape-casting process of boron carbide. The results show that taking trichlorethylene and ethanol as binary azeotropic system, under the circumstances that the content of dispersing agent(castor oil) is 2.5 wt%, mass ratio R of plasticizer(dioctyl phthalate resin) to binder(polyvinyl butyral) is 1.2, and the time of first process milling and secondary milling is 10 h and 8 h, respectively, the higher quality of boron carbide cast film could be made.
