快速溶胶凝胶法合成氮锌共掺杂介孔TiO_2(英文) 被引量:1

Synthesis of N-Zn Co-Doped Mesoporous TiO_2 by a Fast Sol-Gel Method

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为钛源,尿素和醋酸锌为掺杂剂,聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇为复合模板剂,用快速溶胶-凝胶法,制得氮锌共掺杂介孔TiO_2。用XRD、TEM、XPS、N2吸附-脱附和UV-vis吸收光谱等对材料进行了表征。结果表明所得材料具有典型的介孔结构;与未掺杂的介孔TiO_2对比,所得样品表现出明显的红移,且可见光区吸收强度明显提高;XPS结果表明氮和锌均成功掺杂到介孔TiO_2中。 Nitrogen-zinc co-doped mesoporous TiO_2 photocatalysts were synthesized via a fast sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate as the Ti source, urea and Zn(Ac)2 as the dopants, and polyacrylamide and polyethylene as the complex templates. Characterizations were carried out by X-ray diffraction(XRD), UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and N2 adsorption-desorption. It is found that the photocatalysts have a typical mesostructure. Compared with that of the undoped TiO_2, the absorption band edges of the doped samples exhibit an evident red-shift and the absorption intensity of the visible region increases obviously. The XPS analysis shows that both N and Zn have been doped into TiO_2.
