氮掺杂纳米TiO_2负载活性炭纤维的制备及光催化性能(英文) 被引量:4

Preparation of N-Doped Nano-TiO_2 Loaded on Activated Carbon Fiber and Its Photocatalytic Activity

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备氮掺杂纳米TiO_2负载活性炭纤维光催化复合材料(N-TiO_2/ACF)。用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和紫外漫反射光谱表征N-TiO_2/ACF的晶相组织和纤维结构;以真丝绸染色废水降解效果评价其光催化活性。结果表明:当煅烧温度为773K时,所制复合材料中N-TiO_2晶粒呈锐钛矿相,粒径约为15.3nm,且均匀分布在ACF表面,其吸收边带红移至569nm。金卤灯照射下反应180min,2.31gN-TiO_2/ACF对200mL浓度为5mg/L的真丝绸染色废水的COD去除率达80.6%。 N-doped nano-TiO_2 loaded on activated carbon fiber composites(N-TiO_2/ACF) were fabricated by a sol-geladsorption method. The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) diffuse reflectance spectra. The photocatalytic activities of the composites were evaluated by measuring the degradation of pure silk dyeing wastewater. The results show that N-doped nano-TiO_2 particles of composites are anatase phase, and the crystallite size of N-doped nano-Ti O_2 is about 15.3 nm, when the calcination temperature is 773 K. The particles in the composites are homogeneously dispersed on the surface of ACF. The absorption band edge of N-doped nano-Ti O_2 exhibits an evident red-shift to 569 nm. Under metal halide lamp irradiation, 200 m L pure silk dyeing wastewater(5 mg/L) is degraded by 2.31 g N-Ti O_2/ACF after 180 min, and the removal rate of COD is 80.6%.
