细胞周期调控因子p27、cyclinE和Ki-67在早期胃癌中的表达

THE EXPRESSIONS OF CELL CYCLE PROTEIN P27 ,CYCLIN E AND KI - 67 IN THE EARLY GASTRIC CARCIONOMA

目的:探讨早期胃癌中细胞周期调控因子p27、cyclinE和Ki-67表达异常的意义。方法:免疫组织化学(S-P)方法和显微摄像计算机图像分析技术。结果:早期胃癌中,p27阳性23例(42.6％),cyclinE阳性35例(64.8％),细胞增殖指数PI=65.22±9.471。结论:提示p27的低表达,cyclinE的过表达对细胞增殖有促进作用,p27的低表达与cyclinE的过表达与胃癌的发生发展明显相关。

Objective: To study the significance of exprassion of p27, cyclin E and Ki - 67 in the early gastric carcinoma. Method: By using S- P immunohistochemical method and cell imaging system. Results: The positive expression for p27, cyclin E and Ki - 67 was 42. 6 % , 64. 8 % and PI = 65.22 ± 9.471 in the early gastric carcinoma. Conclusions: The results showed that p27 low- expression and cyclin E overexpression promote cell proliferation and may be associated with the development of gastric carcinoma.
