摘要
目的 :研究肾素 (RA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AⅡ )、醛固酮 (ALD)在不同性质急性脑血管病 (ACVD)中的含量及作用。方法 :采用放免分析法同步测定 2 4 6例ACVD患者及 6 3例正常对照组血浆RA ,AⅡ ,ALD含量。结果 :不同性质的ACVD患者 (即蛛网膜下腔出血组、脑出血组、脑梗死组 )在急性期RA ,AⅡ ,ALD含量较正常对照组显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,且脑出血及蛛网膜下腔出血 (SAH )组两者均显著高于脑梗死组 ,(P <0 0 1) ,而脑出血组与SAH组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :肾素—血管紧张素系统 (RAS)与ACVD密切相关 ,测定血浆RA ,AⅡ ,ALD含量 ,对推断ACVD患者病情及估计预后 。
Objective:To study the content and effects of Renin activity(RA),Angiotensin (AⅡ) and Al dosterone (ALD) on different quality of Acute Crebrovascular Disease (ACVD).Method:Plasma levels of RA,AⅡ and ALD were concomitantly measured by radioimmunoassay in 246 patients with ACVD and in 63 controls.Results:Plasma levels of RA,AⅡ and ALD were increased more significantly in the actue stage of the different quality of ACVD(i.e.cerebral hemorrhage cases,subarachnoid hemorrhage cases and cerebral infarction cases)than those in the normal controls(P<0.01,respectively),and the three levels in the cerebral hemorrhage cases and subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH)cases were higher than the three levels in the cerebral infarction cases (P<0.01,respectively),but these levels have no difference between the cerebral hemorrhage cases and SAH cases(P>0.05)Conclusions:Renin-angiotensinaldosterone system was closely related with ACVD.It has active meaning in concluding the state of ACVD,estimating prognosis and guiding treatment to measure the plasma levels of RA,AⅡ and ALD.
