67例肾损伤的临床诊治

Diagnosis and Treatment on Renal Injury of 67 Cases

目的 :为了提高肾损伤的诊治效果 ,总结 6 7例肾损伤诊治体会。方法 :对 1984年～ 1999年收治的 6 7例肾损伤病例资料进行回顾分析。结果 :6 7例病人 ,伴有合并伤 2 3例 (34 3% )。保守治疗 4 7例(70 2 % ) ,手术治疗 2 0例 (2 9 8% ) ,死亡 3例 (4 5 % )。结论 :①强调手术治疗与保守治疗的指征 ;②对有合并伤者 ,应全面、准确、及时地进行伤情评估 ;③认为B超和CT简单、安全 ,分类准确 ,无痛苦 。

Objective:To improve diagnosis and treatment of renal injury,67 cases of renal injury were reviewed.Method:67 cases of renal injury during 1984～1999 were reviewed and analyzed.Result:23 cases out of 67(34.3%) were complicated by other organ injurys.47 cases were managed without surgical intervention.20 cases were treated by open operation.3 patients(4.5%) died of shock and coexistant injury of other organs.Conclusion:①The most important was to decide the treatment strategy,open surgery or not.②The extent of the injury should be evaluated acurrately and quickly.③B-ultrasonography and CT was highly recommanded for the evaluation of renal injurys,because it is simple,safe,accurately and noninvasive.
