摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺髓质素 (ADM )与肺动脉高压的关系。方法 :阅读国内、外文献 ,对肾上腺髓质素的来源及其对肺动脉压的影响进行分析。结果 :肺动脉高压时血循环ADM浓度升高并且与肺动脉压呈显著正相关。结论 :ADM对肺动脉压有一定的调节作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between ADM and pulmonary hypertension.Method:To analyze the origin of ADM and its effects on pulmonary hypertension by reading references.Result:The plasma concentration of ADM is positively correlated with pulmonary hypertension in pulmonary patients.Conclusion:ADM has some function to adjust the pulmonary hypertension.Giving more external ADM may be a one new method to treat pulmonary hypertension.
