Ultrasonographic Tests before and after Gastric Emptying of Funtional Dyspepsia(FD) Treated by Massage

采用二维实时超声诊断仪 ,连续动态观察90例FD患者以及30例正常人胃排空指标 ,同时将FD分三组 :推拿组、服药组、安慰剂组。对治疗1个月后的各组疗效进行对比观察。胃排空各项指标均有显著差异 ;推拿组和服药组治疗后胃各项指标均有明显改善 ;胃蠕动幅度、频率增加 ;对有症状但胃动力指标正常的FD患者 ,两种治疗方法均可使患者症状缓解 ,治疗前后症状评分差异显著。安慰剂组治疗前后各参数无显著改变。

Dimensional real time ultrasonographic diagnostic instrument is used to dinamically observe the gastric emptying indexes of 30 cases normal persons and 90 cases FD patients Meanwhile, FD patients are divided into 3 groups:massage, drug and placebo After being treated one month, it's comparatively observed the therapeutic effect of each group, there's marked difference for the indexes of all groups For massage and drug groups, the indexes are obviosly improved, the degree and frequency of gastric peristalsis are increased To the FD patients with symptoms but with normal gastric power index, the 2 treatments both can relieve the patients and there is marked difference of the symptoms scores before and after treatment For the placebo group, there's no difference of indexes before and after treatment
