摘要 目的 探讨螺旋CT三维成像表面覆盖 (shadedsurfacedisplay ,SSD)技术在喉部肿块的初步临床应用。 方法 3 1例全部采用螺旋CT扫描技术 ,确定扫描层面与声带水平 ,范围从会厌软骨至环状软骨 ,正常喉的SSD重建所见与喉镜所见进行比较 ,喉部肿块的SSD重建所见与喉镜、手术、病理所见进行对照分析。结果 SSD重建技术能清楚显示正常喉及下咽部的腔内结构 ,通过增减重建范围、削割、旋转、Light等软件功能的应用 ,有利于喉腔内部结构、病变部位、形态等解剖关系的显示。结论 SSD重建技术是普及型螺旋CT在不具备工作站与仿真内镜软件下就能完成的一项技术 ,能显示正常和异常喉及下咽部的腔内结构 ,具有仿真内镜类似的效果 ,是一种喉非创伤性、操作简单的新技术。 Objective To discuss the clinical application of helical CT shaded surface display (SSD) technique in laryngeal neoplasms. Methods Thirty one cases were scanned with spiral CT, the images of SSD were gained.The scan Planar was parallel to vocal fold from epiglottic cartilage to cricoid cartilage. The SSD findings were compared with fiberoptic laryngeal copical?surgical and pathological results. Results The SSD images could clearly demonstrate the normal and abnormal mucosal structures of larynx and subglottic. By increasing or decreasing the range of reconstruction,applicating the software fuction of cuting, rotating, lighting and so on, it was very helpful to display the mucosal structure, location and shape of lesions. Conclusion SSD images could demonstrate the normal and abnormal mucosal structures of larynx, subglottic just like CT virtual endoscopy. It is a noninvasive, simple technique.
