Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography in Detection of Myocardial Ischaemia

目的 探讨多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图检测心肌缺血的安全性及可行性。方法 对 112例可疑冠心病患者行多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图检查。结果 阳性 2 4例、可疑阳性 18例、阴性 70例。无严重副作用发生。结论 多巴酚丁胺负荷超声心动图是检测心肌缺血的安全可用的方法。

Objective To assess the safety and feasibility of Dobutamine stress echocardiography (Dob Echo) in detection of myocardial ischaemia. Methods Dob Echo was performed in 112 patients with suspected coronary artery disease. Results Dob Echo positive reaction was found in 24 cases, suspicous in 18 cases and negative in 70 cases. No serious complications occurred during the tests. Conclusion Dob Echo is a safe and feasible method in detection of myocardial ischaemia.
