摘要
目的 探讨肾癌术前肾动脉化疗栓塞术的疗效价值。方法 对 18例肾癌患者术前先经肾动脉灌注化疗药物 ,后用碘油乳剂加明胶海绵将肾动脉主干及其分支全部栓塞。结果 所有病例栓塞后手术见肿瘤血供基本中断 ,术中出血量明显减少 ,易于剥离 ,缩短了手术时间。结论 肾癌术前肾动脉化疗栓塞术是行之有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the value of transcatheter renal artery chemotherapy and embolization before nephrectomy in renal carcinoma. Methods Eighteen cases of renal carcinoma were perfused chemical firstly,then treated by renal artery embolizatim with gelfoam and idiozed oil with chemotherapeutic drug, and finally the arteries of ill kidneys were completely closed. Results The blood supply of tumor was reduced visibly due to renal artery interrupted and operative time shortened obviously through facility separation.Conclusion Transcatheter renal artery chemotherapy and embolization before nephrectomy was an effective method for treatment of renal carcinoma.
