医用磁共振成像系统影像参数的评估 被引量:5

摘要 目的 为了确保医用磁共振的影像质量 ,建立一套可以评估其主要参数的方法。方法 采用美国VIC TOREEN 76 90 3模体 ,英国EUROSPIN 82 0模体。依照美国医学物理学会AAPM报告 2 8、3 4以及美国电器制造商协会NEMA标准的方法 ,对影响影像的主要参数 :图像信噪比、图像均一性、几何畸变、高对比空间分辨力、层厚、层间距及伪影等进行测量。结果 根据测量结果依照上述国外标准结合我国实际情况 ,得出每项参数的允许误差。结论 具体分析重要参数的误差来源 ,以求减少误差 ,提高影像质量。 Objective A suit of means can be built to evaluate image parameters for the quality of MRI. Methods By using the Amercia VICTOREEN 76 903 phantom and England EUROSPIN 820 phantom, the main parameters, such as image signal noise ratio, image uniformity, geometry distortion, slice thickness, slice separation, high spatial resolution,and image artifact were measured according to AAPM 28,34 and NEMA standard. Results The error of parameters were obtained by foreign and Chinese standard. Conclusion In order to impove the image quality, it is important to analyze the error source.
