摘要
将 1日龄雏鸡 30 0只随机均分为 5组。 11日龄 , 、 组灌服加味玉屏风散 , 组灌服左旋咪唑 , 、 组灌服常水作对照 ,均连续 1周 ;14日龄 , 、 、 组肌注环磷酰胺 , 、 组肌注生理盐水 ,均连续 3d。定期称重和采血 ,测定全血 GSH- Px、血浆 SOD的活性和血浆 MDA的含量。结果表明 ,由环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制雏鸡 ,其全血 GSH- Px活性和血浆 SOD活性与正常对照组相比明显降低 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,血浆 MDA的含量与正常对照组相比明显增加 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;加味玉屏风散 ,能提高正常雏鸡全血 GSH- Px活性和血浆 SOD活性 ,降低血浆 MDA的含量 ,对抗环磷酰胺所致的雏鸡全血 GSH- Px、血浆 SOD活性下降和血浆 MDA含量升高。说明加味玉屏风散具有较显著抗自由基损伤的作用 ,能有效地清除体内过多的自由基。
Three hundred one-day-old chickens were randomly divided into five groups of sixty each.Eleven-day-old,the experiment was conducted as follows:Group Ⅰ,Ⅲ perfusion Yupingfeng Powder(YPFP);Group Ⅱ perfusion Levamisole;Group Ⅳ,Ⅴ perfusion tap water;and all lasted one week.Fourteen-day-old,the experiment was conducted as follows:Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅳ inject Cyclophosphamide(CY);Group Ⅲ,Ⅴ inject normal saline;and all lasted three days.Blood sample were collected at regular interval to examine the activity of blood GSH-Px,plasma SOD,and the content of plasma MDA.The results showed that,CY could suppress blood GSH-Px activity and plasma SOD activity,and increas plasma MDA content;YPFP could increas blood GSH-Px activity and plasma SOD activity,and decreas plasma MDA content;YPFP could resist the deterioration of CY.It means that YPFP can display the function of resisting the damage of oxygen free radicals and cleaning out the oxygen free radicals.
