Rapid propagation of sweet cherry 'Bigarreav Moreav' via tissue culture

利用莫利甜樱桃的茎段做外植体进行试管快繁 ,适宜的增殖培养基为MS +BA 0 .8mg/L +IAA0 .2mg/L ,生根培养基为 1 / 2MS +NAA 0 .5mg/L ,增殖系数可达 1 0倍左右 ,生根率达 92 .5 % ,选 5片以上有效叶的健壮苗移入蛭石基质 ,移栽成活率可达 95 %以上。

Rapid in vitro culture with shoot tip segments of sweet cherry variety 'Bigarreav Moreav' showed that the optimum multiplying medium was MS+BA 0.8mg/L +IAA 0.2mg/L,and the optimum rooting medium was 1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L. The multiplying coefficient could give 10 times, and rooting rate reached 92.5%. The transplanting survive rate of tissue cultured shoots was over 95% when wellfed shoots with 5 available leaves were transplanted into vermiculite medium.
