宁夏8个新品种(系)小麦过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的研究

STUDIES ON THE PEROXIDASE ISOENZYME OF LOCAL EIGHT VARIETIES OF WHEAT IN NINGXIA

本文采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,对本区 8个新品种小麦不同时期的根、茎、叶进行过氧化物酶同工酶分析。结果表明 :同一时期不同品种、同一器官的过氧化物酶酶谱均有差异。通过对 8个新品种小麦抗病、抗倒伏等性状以及产量的调查分析 ,认为过氧化物酶 (pox)同工酶与小麦对锈病抗性有密切关系 。

In this experiment, with the method of vertical poliacylamide gel electrophoreis, the autors studied the peroxidase isoenzyme in roots,stems and leaves of the eight varieties of wheat, during their different growth stages. The result shows:there are diversities of the peroxidase patterns among differnt varieties in a same organ during the same growth stage. Through investigation and analysis to eight varieties of wheat, such as resisting disease, resisting falling and production, the authors think there is a close relation between the peroxidase isoenzyme and the resisting disease of wheat. Furthermore, it affects partly yield of wheat.
