摘要
以聚苯胺为成纤聚合物,N-甲基吡咯烷酮为纺丝溶剂湿法纺制聚苯胺导电纤维。研究了成形条件对聚苯胺导电纤维性能影响。结果表明:凝固浴中溶剂浓度对纺丝过程及纤维强度有重要影响,而凝固浴温度对纤维的影响相对较小;纤维导电性随氧化掺杂处理时间的增加而提高,处理时间超过40min后,继续增加处理时间导电性提高幅度很小,而对纤维强度有较大的破坏。
Wet-spinning is adopted to produce polyaniline conducting fiber with polyaniline as fiber-forming polymer and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone(NMP) as solvent. The results show that spinning and fiber properties are influenced by the concentration of the solvent in the coagulating bath and the temperature of the coagulating bath. Between two factors, the influence of concentration is bigger and more obvious. The conductivity increases with increasing of coducting finishing time. The conductivity increases slowly and the fiber strength will be damaged as coducting finishing time exceeds 40 minutes.
