TCS一步法热管纺丝技术主要是利用热管装置的温度梯度的拉伸作用,对已固化冷却的初生纤维产生更为强烈的、有效和有序的取向及结晶行为,其结晶度更为完善,其生产的成品丝可直接用于织造等后加工。TCS一步法热管纺丝技术的特点和应用效果,拓展了热管纺丝技术在合成纤维工业中的发展前景。
