摘要
近年来 ,一些乡镇企业中出现的经营组织模式陈旧 ,功能不全 ,内部结构复杂 ,管理机构臃肿 ,组织结构落后的问题令人堪忧 ,解决这些问题的有效途径就是进行组织再造和组织创新 ,采用“战略联盟”和“虚拟企业”等新的经营组织形式 ,建构“共同工作小组”和“内部市场”等新型内部组织结构 ,从而使乡镇企业在国内外成熟市场经济和新知识经济发展中轻装前进 ,便捷运行 ,快速发展。
Problems have arisen in some township enterprises, such as the out-of-date operation pattern, inadequate inner organization, overcrowded executives and the unsuitable structure. To solve these problems, reorganization and structural innovation become necessary.It is necessary to construct 'Strategic Alliance' and 'Virtual Enterprises', and such inner structures as 'Common Workgroup' and 'Internal Market' to hasten the development of township enterprises under a mature market economy and a new knowledge economy.
