A Study on the Optimization of the Air and Flue Gas Pipe of the 1000MW Thermal Power Unit After the Renovation of the Induced Draft Fan-Booster Fan Integration

摘要 为了探究火电机组引风机和增压风机合并后烟风系统烟道优化的效果,以某1 000 MW级别机组的引增合一后烟风系统烟道优化项目为例,结合数值模拟及试验测量的方法对改造前后的烟道阻力进行了计算。通过对比发现,采用圆烟道优化方案后,烟道内部流场得到明显改善,压损明显降低,节能降耗效果明显。本文的研究对于大型火电机组烟风系统的烟道优化具有重要的理论及实际工程借鉴意义。 In order to study the effect of the flue optimization of the air and flue gas system after the integration of the induced draft fan and the booster fan,this paper introduces a flue optimization project of the air and flue gas system of a 1000 MW thermal power unit after the integration of the induced draft fan and the booster fan.The flue resistances before and after the renovation are calculated based on numerical simulations and test measurements.Relevant comparisons show that the circular flue scheme can greatly improve the inner flow field and decrease the pressure loss to realize energy conservation and consumption reduction.The study is of important theoretical and practical significance for similar projects.
