狮子滩发电公司梯级电站梯级调度计算机监控系统AGC设计

摘要 狮子滩发电公司所属的流域梯级电站集中调度控制系统建设中,对自动发电控制(AGC)功能提出了保证流域发电总功率满足市调给定总功率的限制条件下,使梯级电站发电耗水量或弃水量最少的要求,同时还对系统提出流域所属各电站机组避开振动和空蚀区、满足机组运行限制条件、全流域流量平衡等要求。本文针对狮子滩发电公司的要求,对梯级调度AGC系统进行了设计,本设计及系统已应用于狮子滩发电公司梯级调度中心的建设中。 In the establishment of the centralized dispatching control system for cascade power stations in the drainage basin of Shizitan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.of SPIC,the demand for the AGC is that the total power of generation of the drainage basin should reach that given by the municipal dispatching center to minimize the water consumption and surplus water of the cascade power stations.Besides,it should also meet such requirements as the avoidance of vibration and cavitation erosion areas for all power station units in the drainage basin,the operation of the units and the flow equilibrium of the whole drainage basin.Based on the demands of Shizitan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.of SPIC,this paper introduces the design of the cascade dispatching AGC system,which has been applied in the construction of its cascade dispatching center.
