A Study on the Enlightenment from Japanese Urban Rail Transit Service to the Rail Transit Construction in Chongqing and the Personnel Training in Vocational Colleges

通过分析日本轨道交通业'以人为本'的服务理念与实践经验,为重庆的轨道交通业在服务方面提供了一些极为值得借鉴的建议,并为轨道类高职院校城市轨道交通运营专业人才培养提出了建设性意见。

Based on the analysis of the'people-oriented'service concept and practical experience of Japanese rail transit industry,this paper presents some suggestions on the service of the rail transit industry in Chongqing as well as putting forward constructive ideas for the personnel training of the major of urban rail transit operation in rail-related vocational colleges.
