企业文化是企业主流理念和主流行为方式的总和,是企业管理的灵魂和企业持续发展的动力源泉。改革开放以来,特别是1993年实施"重点企业"战略以来,涪陵区坚持以文化建设推动企业发展,企业文化建设呈现出了八大亮点,同时也存在八个方面的问题,进一步加强企业文化建设,要提高认识,坚持正确的指导思想和原则,统筹规划,着力培育核心价值观,切实加强制度文化建设,大力推进行为文化建设,竭力打造品牌文化,切实推动创新,充分发挥职工主体作用,努力打造平台,不断强化执行力。

Since the reform and opening up,Fuling District adhere to the cultural construction to promote enterprise development, corporate culture showing eight bright spot,there are also eight issues. in order to further strengthen the building of enterprise culture,we should raise awareness,adhere to the correct guidelines and principles,overall planning,focus on cultivating core values,strengthen the institutional culture,and vigorously promote the construction of cultural behavior,trying to create brand culture to promote innovation,give full play the main role of workers,and strive to build the platform,continue to strengthen the executive power.
