摘要
员工的稳定是企业生存发展、生命力的表现。作者分析了服饰零售终端的现象及原因,提出了稳定服饰零售终端的员工队伍的建议。
The article analysis the reason of appearance of high turnover of excellent experienced and base staff,difficult to recruit, and the influence of the high turnover of base staff,on the basic of these, suggesting how to stable the staff who working in the clothing retail terminal.
