浅谈利用软件进行逆向设计

很多情况下,设计人员是在图纸不清,尺寸不详,或者只有产品实物的情况下进行设计。为了保证设计的正确和顺利,现在普遍的做法是利用软件进行逆向设计,这是一种直接对产品进行测量,得到近似数据,再运用软件的CAD功能,对产品进行复制设计的方法,因此在机械设计制造领域运用非常广泛。具备此功能的软件非常多,UG便是其中之一,现通过高跟鞋的设计,对逆向设计的方法做一介绍,希望对初学者有所帮助。

In many cases, designers design with unclear drawing, unknown size, and only product itself. In order to ensure the design carries on accurately and smoothly, nowadays, we usually apply reverse design by software to the work. This is a design method which measures the product, get the approximate data, and then use CAD to design in a copy way. Thus, this method is widely applied to mechanic filed. Many software has this kind of function, and UG is one of them, now, according to design high-heel shoes, the author introduce the reverse design and hope it may give some help to the beginners.
