翻转课堂在高职电工实训教学中的实践

高职院校的实训课程是人才培养的重要环节,传统的教学方式对实训教学的质量有一定的限制,很难实现实训教学的能力目标。翻转课堂教学模式翻转了传统教学的安排顺序,形成了"学生先进行完成知识技能学习,再进行课堂师生面对面的研究性学习,实现知识的内化"的新教学模式。本文将对翻转课堂的微课程改革在电工实训课程教学中运用进行探讨。

The teaching mode of Flipped classroom reverse the traditional teaching arrangement, forming a kind of new teaching mode, that is students complete knowledge and skills learning firstly, then carry out the face to face study of teachers and students, realize the internalization of knowledge. This paper discusses the application of the micro class reform in the teaching of electrical engineering training course.
