A New Vision of Higher Vocational Education on the Innovational and Entrepreneurial Times and Its Countermeasures

从创新创业对人才素质和能力的要求出发,分析了"以就业为导向"高职人才培养模式的局限性,提出了"以创业为导向,工学结合,知行合一"的人才培养模式,培养"专创合一技术技能型人才",指出产教融合是实施"以创业为导向"高职教育的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the limitations of higher vocational talents training model from the personnel quality and ability requirements of innovation and Entrepreneurship, put forward the new talent training mode, pointed out that the integration of production and education is the effective way.
