摘要
本文探讨在原有复合氨基酸螯合物制备工艺的基础上进行改良,以期达到高螯合率的同时保护环境。新工艺采用回收法处理酸提取液,用石灰乳或金属矿石进行中和和螯合同时进行。螯合最佳条件为p H值9,复合氨基酸与钙质量比为1:0.5,螯合时间50min,温度为70℃,在此条件下虾壳中钙的提取量最高,产品螯合率为82.39%。
In order to achieve a high rate of chelation and protecting the environment, this paper carried out improvements on the basis of the original amino acid chelate. New process is used by recycling treatment process with acid extraction liquid, lime or neutralization and metal ore chelated simultaneously. Best chelating conditions at PH 9, compound amino acid and calcium ratio is 1: 0.5, chelating time is 50 min, temperature is 70 ℃, shrimp shells of calcium extraction amount are the highest under these conditions, chelation products rate is 82.39%.
