高职院校学风建设“教—学—团”联动机制探析

The Construction of the Study Style in Higher Vocational Colleges with Education-Learning- Community Mode

学风是衡量高校人才培养质量和教学管理水平的重要指标,关系到学校的生存与发展。学风建设是全面推进素质教育,为社会培养高质量人才的关键,是高职院校思政工作的永恒主题。本文试图从"教师、教学管理-学生、学生管理-骨干、社团管理"着手,探索构建高职院校学风建设的"教-学-团"一体化联动机制。

The study style is an important indicator of the quality of university personnel training and teaching management level, related to the survival and development of the school. The study style is a key to promote quality education, to cultivate high-quality talents, also is the eternal theme of ideological and political work of higher vocational colleges. This paper explores the study style with education-learning-community mode, and how to construct study style in higher vocational colleges from teachers, teaching management, student, student management, community management.
