高职金融管理专业建设的问题与对策

The Construction of Financial Management Specialty in Higher Vocational Education and Its Countermeasures

重庆建设国内重要功能性金融中心需要大量金融技术技能型人才,涪陵作为重庆城市发展新区,是重庆工业化和城镇化的主战场,涪陵经济发展将激发大量金融服务需求,高职金融教育是培养金融机构一线服务和管理人员的重要渠道,高职金融管理专业建设还存在诸多问题,本文在深入分析问题产生原因基础上,提出了具有针对性的对策。

There needs a large number of financial and technical skills talents in the construction of important functional financial center in Chongqing.Fuling district is a new district of urban development.It is the main battlefield of industrialization and urbanization in Chongqing.The economic development will stimulate the demand for a large number of financial services in Fuling district.It is an important channel for training the first line service and management of financial institutions in Higher Vocational Colleges.There are still many problems in the construction of financial management specialty in Higher Vocational Education.This paper puts forward the countermeasures based on in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems.
