高职院校校企合作新模式的探索与实践研究

On Exploration the New Cooperation Model between Colleges and Enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges and Its Practice

校企合作在模式数量上众多,但大多数的校企合作模式是对德国、澳大利亚、芬兰等国外优秀模式的借鉴和改良,却缺乏符合高职院校地方特色和专业市场行业发展的办学形式和内容上的创新,这就导致目前我国高职院校人才培养与企业实际需求的矛盾:学校培养出来的人才不符合现代中国企业市场的需求,企业人才需求没有得到满足这一校企合作失调、人才培养与市场脱节的现状。本文从校企合作的背景、形式,内容及理念等方面来探索研究新的模式很有必要。

Many school enterprise cooperation in the mode of quantity,but most of the school enterprise cooperation mode in foreign countries Germany,Australia,Finland outstanding model and improved,but the lack of innovation and development of Higher Vocational Colleges in accordance with local characteristics and professional market running form and content,which leads to the contradiction and the actual needs of the enterprise culture talents in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country:school talents is not accord with the modern enterprise China market demand,enterprise talent demand has not been met this imbalance,school enterprise cooperation training talents and market situation of disjointed.Therefore,it is very important to explore and innovate the mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
