近些年来,城市的发展速度越来越快,而农村地区相对于城市地区来说要贫穷、落后得多。大学生村官是一个新兴的社会群体,他们离开大学校园,利用自己所学的知识,凭借自己满腔的热血和激情,为农村地区的发展做出了巨大贡献。本文分析了大学生村官队伍建设中存在的问题,并且提出了相应的对策建议。

In recent years,the development of the city more and more quickly,while the rural areas were still in the poverty and underdevelopment.College-graduate village official is a new rising social group,which formed by graduated students who are planning to make contribution to rural areas by their passion and knowledge,made a great contribution to the development of rural area.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of the team of college-graduate village official,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
