强化认识实习在高职专业教育中的作用

认识实习是人才培养方案中不可或缺的内容,通过观察认识相关专业生产过程,增进感性认识,达到对专业有所了解,进而热爱专业的目的,激发学生的专业学习兴趣。本文在总结多年组织实施认识实习的基础上,介绍了认识实习的组织与实施措施,以期提高认识实习的重要性。

Knowing the internship is an indispensable content in the personnel training program. In order to stimulate students' professional interest in learning and let students love the professional purpose and, lay a solid foundation for continuing students professional learning, by observing and recognizing the production process of the relevant specialty, to enhance the perceptual knowledge, to achieve the understanding of the professional. This paper introduces the organization and implementation measures of practice to improve the effect of cognition practice on the basis of the internship practice for many years.
