浅析BIM在工程造价软件应用课程的改革与应用

Analysis on the Course Reform of Engineering Cost Software Application with BIM and Its Application

2015年6月16日住房和城乡建设部印发了《推进建筑信息模型应用指导意见的通知》,这标志着我国建筑领域开始进入BIM时代。BIM技术的应用,颠覆了以往传统的造价模式,本文从工程造价软件的实际应用着手,分析BIM的应用现状及在造价行业的技术特点并结合实际工程的应用,浅析BIM技术在工程造价软件中的应用,改革我院建筑工程造价软件应用课程的实践教学。

The Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development issued a Notice that is Promoting the Construction of Information Model Application Notice in June 16, 2015, which marks the beginning of China's construction sector into the BIM era. this paper analyze the application of BIM status and technical characteristics in the cost of the industry combined with the application of practical engineering, analysis of BIM technology application in the project cost software, reform practice teaching course of Construction Cost Software Application.
