我国还有大量贫困人口成为通向小康目标的障碍,要完成2020年全面建成小康社会的战略目标,必须深刻认识到发挥好农村基层党组织的作用对贫困地区脱贫致富起到至关重要的影响。明确指导思想,摆好位置,纯洁队伍,改进工作方法,建设好农村党支部,增强基层党组织的凝聚力,发挥好农村基层党组织的核心作用,才能最终摆脱贫困。

At present, China has a large number of poor people to become a barrier to well-off goals.In order to complete the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way in 2020, we must realize that the role played by the Rural grassroots organizations of CPC plays a crucial role in poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas.Only by doing solid work, improving working methods, building up party branches in rural areas, strengthening the cohesion of organizations and giving full play to the core role of rural Party organizations can we finally get rid of poverty.
