大学生校外实践基地建设中的问题与应对策略分析

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of College Students' Extracurricular Practice Bases

校外实践基地主要指的是大学生校外实习以及参加社会实践的场所,只有提高校外实践基地建设质量,才能培养出更多高质量应用型人才。同时,大学生在校外实践基地进行社会实训,能够更快地接触生产实践岗位,与社会接轨,为学生的未来工作打下良好的基础。本文分析了大学生校外实践基地的重要性以及存在的问题,并提出了相应的应对策略。

In recent years,the higher education in China has been popularized,the speed of the socialist market economy is accelerating,and the demand for innovative applied talents is expanding in the modern talent market. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the construction of college students’ practice base. The practice base outside school mainly refers to the practice of college students and the places to participate in social practice.Only by improving the quality of the construction of the practice base outside the school can we cultivate more qualified personnel with high quality. At the same time,college students in the practice base outside the school to carry out social training,can be faster contact with the production practice,and social integration,for the future work for students to lay a good foundation. This paper analyzes the importance and problems of off campus practice base for university students,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
